Passive income does exist online, but it is the end result of YOU doing the work.
Passive income comes in the form of long standing followers being nurtured and given value over time.
But your content is evergreen and bring in fresh new followers long after you published the content.
As time goes by you compound your abilities, niche experience and technical capabilities and that is what speeds up your ability to earn passive income.
The Problem:
Newbies think you post a few videos, write a handful of blog posts and "BANG" you start earning daily commissions, but that is not how it works.
You need to spend 1000s of hours increasing your skill set and going through the learning curve of setting up your business, creating content and much more...
Silver Lining:
Building your business to the point where you are making daily commissions from traffic sources you set up months ago is VERY doable but only if you think long term.
As I mentioned before, building an online business is stupidly straight forward if you have the right mindset and guidance.

Yep, basically. Do the work now to earn the income later. No different from going to college and learning for 4 years so you can earn a good job later.

Yeah, most people do. It is a shame but once you accept it will take a long time to succeed you will make more progress than ever before, ironically.
