If you have a concern or want to check on the status of a service you have been promised by a purchase, you can email philip@takingaction.online
Taking Action Online, including The Digital Nomad Group and the The Advanced Traffic Blueprint, offers non-tangible irrevocable goods.
For example, we may grant you access to digital products (all of which are available for access immediately) or provide a service such as providing one-on-one support or training. Because of the nature of these products, there is no way for you to “return” them to us and there is no way for us to “cancel” your product since the digital products can be readily downloaded and the service(s) cannot be undone.
Because of this, Taking Action Online has a strict no-refund policy on it's 1-1 coaching training, in this case The Digital Nomad Group.
Customers are given access to The Membership Site automatically and instantaneously upon checkout. Hence any refund requests made after access to The Membership Site is provided, will not be granted. This means that even if you do not log in to the membership site, your products have already been delivered because you have been granted access as well as instructions on how to access them and hence they are non-refundable.
Failed/Missed Payments - Digital Nomad Group
Any missed or failed monthly payments for The Digital Nomad Group (1-1 Coaching Group) or any 1-1 coaching Group published inside TAO, will result in your access being limited/removed* to/for Digital Nomad Group and any associated training modules.
There is a 14 day grace period, from the first failed transaction, where a member can gather funds to pay the outstanding fees.
By the end of the 14 days, should full payment not be received, the associated access to the relevant coaching/training will be limited/removed* and the user will not be able to re-join the Digital Nomad Group at their original price point - they have to join under the latest monthly payment structure, even if it is higher than the original price point. No up-front cost is required other than the current monthly fee.
The only time someone can rejoin at the old price point is if all outstanding fees AND next months fee is paid in full within 30 days of the first failed transaction.
Limited/Removed Access*: The access to the Digital Nomad Group, including Facebook group and Skype group, will be revoked. However, access to TAO Action Plan, ATB (Advanced Traffic Blueprint), STB (Simple Traffic Blueprint) and SSB (Simple Seo Blueprint) will remain open.
Membership Requirements: Video Output Requirements.
August 2020 - Update
January 2021 - Update

"This is literally an opportunity of a lifetime. My DNG students will never find a better opportunity than this. People need tough love to get moving forward, and this policy clause will give them that.
This is not a "get your finger out of your ass" talk. It's a get "your head out of your ass" talk.
Personally, I'd be miffed because if the students of DNG decide not to do any work it means they are treating this like another bright shiny object.
This is real.”
The purpose of this community (The Digital Nomad Group) is to build a network of profitable affiliates, business partners and a growing community where everyone works together.
The whole community benefits from the collected experiences, development, training modules and shared resources.
To keep the purpose of this community alive there must be a minimum input/output level from each member on a social and video production level.
Failure to fulfill these terms will result in your account and access being removed and monthly fee cancelled. No refunds will be issued for previous payments.
Note - New members who have joined within 90 days and are currently in the onboarding process do not have to meet these requirements until after the onboarding document has been completed or 90 days have passed.
In other words, members of the DNG group are required to complete both The "Video Output Requirements" and the "Development requirements":
- Create a minimum of 4 videos per month and upload/publish them to their YouTube channels.
- Contribute with at least 10 comments/likes/reactions to the social discussions in the Facebook Inner Circle Group and/or Skype Group per week. Not including the announcements.
- Students must also complete the personal development requirements.
Development Requirements:
To ensure all students move forward in incremental steps, a monthly review will be implemented starting from February 2021.
You do NOT need to book a call or have a 1-1 meeting for these reviews. I do them automatically.
These reviews will go over the progress and determine what goals needs to be set to ensure the student moves forward.
Improvement goals include such things as:
- Relevant CTAs.
- Description formatting and video SEO.
- Video structure and editing.
- Research and content development.
- Video series development and topical research.
- The completion of announcement tasks.
- The completion of previous goals.
- The completion of Social engagement.
Failing to meet these goals prior to the next review will result in student being removed from the Digital Nomad Group. Process of Access Removal applies*
In plain English…

"At the end of the day, if someone does not make any progress due to lack of understanding, personal distractions, loss of motivation, or lack of organisation, and I am unable to guide them efficiently then there is nothing I can do to reel a person back in.
Having someone scraping by the minimum video output requirements month by month without any forward thinking or planning serves no purpose in business.
The student fall further and further behind, missing all announcements and developments.
If a student does not show improvement or any entrepreneurial spirit then they are wasting their time being part of the Digital Nomad Group.
I do not want people to be part of the group just to be part of a group. I need entrepreneurs who want to push forward.”
*Process of access removal:
- Failing to complete the minimum membership requirements (video creation requirements or the development requirements) within a 30 day period will result in a reminder being issued to complete the minimum requirements.
- Failing to act on the reminder to complete the membership requirements will result in account being revoked within 30 day of reminder being issued.
- In plain English. If you do not meet the video creation requirements or the development requirements for 60 days, you will be removed from the group, even without being issued a reminder.
Failing to meet the requirements will devalue the entire experience as a disproportionate number of members may not be contributing in any manner, therefore rendering the Digital Nomad Group worthless.
The Digital Nomad Group has a limited number of available membership spots, which means this policy will and must be enforced to maintain the quality of the group.
By accepting the terms of sale when joining the Digital Nomad Group, you accept these terms and you accept your account access will be removed if you fail to meet the requirements mentioned above.
This policy has been introduced in August of 2020 to protect the integrity, quality, and growth of the group. It has been updated again in January 2021 with "Development Requirements".
Restarting Payments/Rejoining - Digital Nomad Group
Anyone who cancels or stops the monthly payments to Digital Nomad Group can rejoin the group at any time. However, they are required to join under the latest monthly pricing structure ( which is $249/month at the time of writing). Any prior pricing structure will NOT be grandfathered in. The only fee needed to be paid is the latest monthly fee, not the upfront fee which brand new student have to pay.
